Ingredients

  • 8 slices of whole grain bread
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 8 slices cooked crispy bacon
  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced
  • 12 ounces sliced cooked turkey breast
  • 4 slices ripe tomato
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1. Spread 4 slices of bread with mayonnaise.
  2. 2. Top the 4 slices of bread with bacon, avocado, turkey, tomato, and lettuce. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. 3. Spread mayonnaise on the remaining 4 slices of bread and place on top of the other slices.
  4. 4. Cut sandwiches in half and serve.

Cooking Notes

  • You can also toast the bread for added crunch.
