Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp ground allspice
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sliced pineapple and lime for garnish

Instructions

  1. 1. In a bowl, whisk together pineapple juice, lime juice, garlic, allspice, thyme, cinnamon, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
  2. 2. Place the chicken breasts in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for enhanced flavor.
