3 garlic cloves, minced
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 scotch bonnet pepper, seeded and minced (optional for heat)
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 lime, juiced
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions
