Ingredients

  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, cut into small cubes

  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
